Description

Rugged and versatile, this heritage-inspired piece is constructed from tear-resistant 100% Cordura® nylon ripstop with zig-zag stitch reinforcement. It’s designed to protect you from the sun and wind, while holding up against branches and prickly burs. On warmer days, you can wear it comfortably as an airy, loose-fitting shirt. Or when conditions call for it, as a windbreaker thrown over a base layer like our Octo Pullover.

The two large, bellowed chest pockets combined with side-entry, hand-warmer slots on the men’s Ripstop Overshirt are mindfully designed and placed to provide the wearer with easy accessibility and ample storage space for stowing essentials like snacks or a mobile device.
Cordura® Nylon Ripstop
Cordura® Nylon Ripstop is an ultralight, highly durable, abrasion-resistant fabric that combines the strength of 100% nylon with the tear-resistance of a ripstop weave. Its special construction prevents holes or tears from spreading, making it ideal for outdoor apparel that may come into contact with objects like sharp rocks and poking branches.
Mesh-Lined Yoke and Ventilation Gusset
Mesh lining is often included in outdoor apparel to help circulate air and increase ventilation, so the wearer can stay cool and evaporate sweat more quickly and efficiently. In our Ripstop Overshirt, we have paired a mesh lining with a gusset—a large piece of additional fabric sewn into the seams—to provide a roomier, more comfortable fit and greater freedom of movement.

How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Prepare: Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the boots.
  2. Trace: Stand with your heel against the wall and your full weight on the foot. Mark the longest toe on the paper.
  3. Measure: Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in inches or centimetres.
  4. Repeat: Measure both feet and use the larger measurement to pick your size from the charts above.
  5. Fit tip: If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a thicker sock or insole.
