Description

Drawing inspiration from our 1950s oxfords that lumbered through northwest shipyards, the Cavalier is made from a single piece of rich, unlined full-grain leather for the perfect blend of durable and breathable. Crafted in Portland, Oregon, the Cavalier is fully recraftable with stitchdown construction and a Danner Wedge Outsole for all-day comfort.

Full-Grain Leather Upper
To ensure its quality, we put our leather through six different tests before making our selection. Our full-grain leathers are the strongest and most durable form of leather.
Retro One Piece Leather Upper
Our one-piece leather design eliminates openings in the tongue area to help keep out debris and water. It also creates a simple finish with minimal seams.
Unlined for Breathability
Lighter weight with cool comfort in warmer temperatures, our unlined leather boots will mold perfectly to your foot.
Danner Wedge Outsole
The non-marking, oil-and-slip resistant Danner Wedge outsole provides cushioning, lightweight support, traction, and won't track debris. The soft polyurethane compound is designed for maximum comfort for long days on smooth indoor surfaces, such as concrete and wood.
Stitchdown Construction
Handcrafted to provide a wider platform, our legendary stitchdown construction offers increased stability underfoot. Many of our stitchdown boots can be recrafted.
Recraftable

How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Prepare: Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the boots.
  2. Trace: Stand with your heel against the wall and your full weight on the foot. Mark the longest toe on the paper.
  3. Measure: Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in inches or centimetres.
  4. Repeat: Measure both feet and use the larger measurement to pick your size from the charts above.
  5. Fit tip: If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a thicker sock or insole.
