Wait a bit, and chances are good you’ll catch a sunbreak. Our Cascade Crest Rain Pants are built for any situation. Skies just open up? Three-layer GORE-TEX ePE membrane ensures dependable waterproof performance and breathability, so you stay dry and comfortable. Scrambling up a steep, slippery slope? Articulated knees allow full range of motion, giving your legs more room to bend. Temperature rising? Sunbeams poking through the clouds? Ankle zips make these pants a breeze to take off when you’re wearing boots, while a side cargo pocket doubles as a stuff sack where you can easily pack them away until the rain returns.

Recycled 2-Layer GORE-TEX Fabric with ePE Membrane
GORE-TEX fabric with ePE membrane is a breakthrough technology designed to keep you dry without intentionally added PFAS* (per- or polyfluorinated chemicals), offering environmental benefits. Two layers of different materials are combined for durable waterproof performance and maximum breathability:
  1. Weather- and abrasion-resistant 100% recycled face fabric
  2. 100% waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX ePE membrane that ensures no water gets in, while allowing sweat vapor to get out Danner’s relationship with the GORE-TEX brand dates back to 1979 when we developed and introduced the world’s first GTX lined boot, the Danner Light.

How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Prepare: Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the boots.
  2. Trace: Stand with your heel against the wall and your full weight on the foot. Mark the longest toe on the paper.
  3. Measure: Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in inches or centimetres.
  4. Repeat: Measure both feet and use the larger measurement to pick your size from the charts above.
  5. Fit tip: If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a thicker sock or insole.
